As always in this magnificent series by Monaldi & Sorti, I found it difficult to develop real interest in the story. After a few chapters however, the story caught my attention, and I was amazed by both the fictional intrigue and the brilliantly interwoven factual history. I learnt a great deal about our European history again, and got captured by a nice story. Especially the last few pages shone a completely different light on what I had just finished reading, leaving me closing the book with a big smile. :-)
